Our knowledgeable Health Educators are available to meet the health education needs of your organization.

Once we receive your request, a TCHD Health Educator will follow up to confirm the details and coordinate logistics. Presentations can be delivered in person or virtually, depending on your group’s needs. Our health education services are currently offered at no cost to the public.

  • We have found that most education presentations are successful with a standard classroom size of 25 people or less. But, we can cater to a group of any size. Please be sure to specify the participant count when scheduling a presentation. 


  • Our team has taught countless health education topics over the years. These include, but are not limited to: hygiene, weather safety, food safety, environmental health, tick borne illnesses, STIs, tobacco/vaping, safe sleep, and substance use prevention. If you are interested in a presentation that is not listed here, please call us: 417.334.4544 ext. 594. 


  • All of our presentations are concluded within one hour. Time may very considering questions from the audience. Again, these presentations can typically be tailored to meet the needs of each specific group.


  • Our highly qualified TCHD staff teach the health education presentations. They are knowledgeable of a wide array of topics. 


  • Our team is equipped to travel anywhere in Taney County to provide health education.

This nationally recognized training teaches participants how to recognize the warning signs of suicide and confidently intervene.
