WIC eligibility is based on income level, nutritional risk, and meeting one of the following categories.
Any legal guardian, such as a parent, grandparent, or foster parent, may apply on behalf of a child in this age group. See if you or someone you care for qualifies.
For your first WIC appointment, you will need to bring identification for you and your child(ren), proof of residency and income, and your child’s immunization record.
