Our women’s health clinic provides comprehensive annual exams designed to support women’s overall well-being through preventive care.
Women’s Annual Health Exam
During an annual women’s health exam, patients can expect a thorough check-up that may include a clinical breast exam, pelvic exam, and regularly scheduled PAP/HPV testing. Other screenings such as a mammogram or breast and cervical diagnostic testing services may be completed based on age and health history.

Show Me Healthy Women
We accept most health insurance plans, but for those who are uninsured, the Show Me Healthy Women (SMHW) program covers the cost of the annual exam and, if needed, a mammogram.
If you do not qualify for the SMHW program, annual exams and testing are available at low-cost.

WISEWOMAN (Well-Integrated Screening and Evaluation for Women Across the Nation) provides heart disease and stroke prevention health screenings and education to clients of the SMHW program. Services include annual screenings that measure blood pressure, total cholesterol, HDL, blood glucose, and height and weight for body mass index (BMI)
Services are included free of charge with enrollment in the WISEWOMAN program . If you do not qualify for WISEWOMAN, testing is available at low cost.

We offer low-cost birth control options. Whether you prefer pills, the depo shot, patches, or long-term birth control you can have a private discussion with our nurses to determine what is best for you and your lifestyle.
Pregnancy Testing
TCHD offers urine pregnancy testing and counseling services. Private health insurance, Medicaid, and sliding scale payments accepted. Pregnancy testing is offered at both locations. Please call to schedule an appointment.
